This window is urethane-bonded. Dry-fit first. Confirm measurements before cutting. Prep and prime per urethane requirements. Apply a continuous urethane bead. Set the window, tape it in place, and allow full cure time. Do not drive until urethane is fully cured.

Installation of the SR103 passenger side rear quarter windows requires removal of a portion of the inner stamped sheet metal on compatible Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans.

This installation overview applies to:

The general process is:

  1. Identify and carefully cut the required inner sheet metal from inside the van when possible.
  2. File and deburr the cut edges so there are no sharp or raised areas.
  3. Prime or protect all freshly exposed steel.
  4. Install Trim-Lok edge molding over the finished sheet-metal edge.
  5. Clean all metal debris from the rear quarter cavity.
  6. Dry-fit the actual SR103 window and verify complete clearance before applying automotive urethane.
  7. Urethane-bond the window in place and allow the adhesive to fully cure.

Important: Always verify the actual Sprinter configuration, wheelbase, and exact SR103 window before cutting. The illustrated cut area is intended as a visual reference and not as an exact cutting template.
