Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Return Shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us before ordering to minimize returns. Some windows can cost as much as $200 to ship, so that a return could cost you up to $400. In this case, no one is happy except for the shipping companies.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (This applies for all Return Types Warranty, Defect, and Standard Return)

Returns on Pickups. Buyer is responsible for logistics on pick up option. If you need to return a window for any of the following reasons bought by mistake, does not meet expectation, warranty issue, incorrect item . Buyer is responsible to return for refund, credit or exchange.

Re-Stocking Fees 

  • VWD =  No Restocking Fee for online account credit, 15% Re-Stocking Fee on Refunds
  • AM Auto = 25% Re-Stocking Fee
  • CRL = No Restocking Fee for online account credit, 15% Re-Stocking Fee on Refunds

    To complete your return, we require the Order #. Please do not return your purchase before receiving instructions and an RMA #.  Any item returned without an RMA # is subject to a 10% return processing fee.

There is no Exchange Program in place. It's a returned item for a refund, and a new order can be placed.

To cancel an order, call 858-800-4795 with your Order # and request a cancellation. No cancellations are guaranteed as some items may be shipping from other warehouses or packed on trucks and can no longer cancel if the product(s) have already shipped. We can help to facilitate a re-direct. Fees will apply to any cancellation already shipped or packed in a truck. Any cancellation request sent via email is not guaranteed, regardless of when the email was sent.
