This kit includes additional material to allow trimming and fitting during installation.

Installation Notes
Trim-Lok edge molding simply presses onto the cut edge of the sheet metal opening. Internal steel clips help retain the molding while allowing flexibility around curved sections of the opening.
Because this molding installs directly onto the exposed cut edge, it should be installed before the window is bonded into place. Installing edge trim after a window has already been installed is extremely difficult and generally not recommended.
Always test fit before final installation. Minor trimming may be required depending on cutout dimensions and installation methods.
