This is a urethane bonded window. Prep the cutout, dry-fit, clean, prime, and set with automotive glass urethane. Tape and support during cure. Do not drive until the urethane has cured per the urethane manufacturer specs.

Top notch customer service.

Van Windows Direct , please give your tech support a raise. Researching many people stated that van window direct was the best customer service , I can confirm this to be true I called no less that 6 times asking every dumb question under the sun when i was installing this wwindow first time and reallly expensive. The support team was always friendly and helpfull and never mmade me feel like i was a burden or stupid. I water tested no leaks it looks fantastic and would have never been able to with out them

Awning Window

The window is not premium quality. Window latches loose and screws are stripped, bulb gasket loose and not adhered, and the screen/shade system falling off after 30 miles of driving. It looks great visually from the exterior, but does not appear like they’ll last without continuous repairs and rattles. Customer Service was very quick to respond, but feel cheated in receiving a poor product and forced to make the repairs myself after spending over $2k on windows.
