This is a urethane-bonded window. Dry-fit first. Prep the opening, treat the cut edge, clean, and prime per urethane specs. Set the window with automotive urethane. Tape and support during cure. Do not drive until the urethane has cured per the urethane manufacturer's specs.

The general process is:
- Identify and carefully cut the required inner sheet metal from inside the van when possible.
- File and deburr the cut edges so there are no sharp or raised areas.
- Prime or protect all freshly exposed steel.
- Install Trim-Lok edge molding over the finished sheet-metal edge.
- Clean all metal debris from the rear quarter cavity.
- Dry-fit the TL204 window and verify complete clearance before applying automotive urethane.
- Urethane-bond the window in place and allow the adhesive to fully cure.
Important: TL204-F and TL204-SE are for the 148" Standard wheelbase only, not the 148" Extended. For TL204-SE installations, inspect the rear quarter pocket for factory rear A/C components or interior plastic panels that may interfere with the window before ordering or cutting.
