Description
Trim-Lok Edge Molding for 2013–2021 Nissan NV200 Driver Side Rear Cargo Door Window Opening
Finish your van window installation with a clean, professional appearance using this Trim-Lok Edge Molding for the 2013–2021 Nissan NV200 driver side rear cargo door window opening. This black textured edge trim is supplied in a 12 ft length and is specifically designed to cover the exposed sheet metal edge created when cutting the driver side rear cargo door for a urethane-bonded window installation.
While edge molding is not required for a successful window installation, it is one of the most popular finishing accessories used by professional van upfitters, camper van builders, and DIY installers. The molding helps conceal exposed metal, rough cuts, paint imperfections, and uneven cut lines while creating a cleaner transition between the van wall and the installed window.
The flexible Trim-Lok design is engineered to cap over both the inner and outer wall skins of the NV200 rear cargo door, helping create a cleaner and more professional appearance around aftermarket van windows. It is commonly used on camper conversions, work vans, delivery vehicles, fleet vans, and commercial service vehicles.
Important: Edge molding is intended to be installed before the window is bonded into place. Because the trim covers the cut edge itself, installation becomes extremely difficult after a urethane-bonded window has been installed. For best results, install the molding immediately after completing the cutout and prior to applying urethane or setting the glass.

Installation Notes
Trim-Lok edge molding simply presses onto the cut edge of the sheet metal opening. Since the molding is designed to cover the cut edge itself, installation should be completed before the window is installed.
In some applications, adhesive foam used around urethane-bonded windows may extend too close to the cut edge. Trimming the foam back slightly can help the molding seat properly and provide a cleaner finished appearance.
Minor trimming may be required depending on cutout dimensions and installation methods. Always test fit prior to final installation.
