Van Windows Direct - Warranty Break Down by Manufacture. While we want to ensure all our valued customers love the windows they purchase from us, some issues are more accessible to pass through warranty than others. For any topics not covered by warranty, contact us regarding the issue so we can work with you to resolve it. For any Warranty consideration, merely take photos and/or videos of the problem and email them with a description and your Order number to vwd@vanwindowsdirect.com; we will contact you via email with the next step.

Warranty:
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. We can help facilitate Warranty on your behalf with the Manufacture on a case-by-case basis and are not liable for any decision the for-mentioned Manufacture has made. We do not warranty 3rd party vendor products, including and not limited to AMA (AM Auto), CRL (CR Laurence) IGC, or any other 3rd Party Brand; we only Warranty and handle the Warranty on factory direct VWD (Van Windows Direct) Product Line unless otherwise specified. We take no responsibility for 3rd party brand's quality, fit, or finish; the manufacturer will decide on these warranties, and we offer zero compensation of any form for 3rd Party Brands. By purchasing from our company, you agree to these terms.
Warranties are provided solely by the Manufacture of that product. All products carry a Manufacture 30-Day Limited Warranty unless otherwise specified.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the user(buyer) to determine the suitability of the product or material for each intended use, and the user shall assume all risks and liability in connection with the Service, or inability to use, the product or material.
To the exclusion of all other remedies, the Manufacture warrants and agrees to replace the defective part, window in its entirety, or at its sole option, to refund the purchase price product, which is proven upon inspection, to be defective in material or workmanship. No salesperson, agent, employee, or representative can enlarge or change the Warranty terms. In no event shall Van Windows Direct (Accessory Center Inc.) or Manufactures be responsible for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or loss, including, without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, labor or time expense, economic losses, and loss of use, whether statutory or based on theories of contract or tort. There are no other agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, express or implied (including any regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) not specified herein. All items are sold as-is. The Warranty begins the day the product is received and ends the allotted period in which the particular item is warranted. If a replacement part, materials, or replacement window is shipped. The Warranty does not start over. It is based on the original delivery date. A product with a 12-month warranty in which a part/replacement product is sent ten months into Warranty. The replacement will be covered for two months, not 12 months.
Warranty Requirements:
Email Video / Photos of the product's suspected warranty issue. VWD Brand Product warranties will be handled in-house, AMA and CRL, as well as other 3rd Party Brands warranties, will be forwarded to said Manufacture. No product is guaranteed a warranty consideration. Each Warranty is at the sole discretion of the individual Manufacture. We have no control over what is accepted and denied for Warranty. We will not offer any coverage to brands other than our VWD brand. Claim for Warranty must be started within the Warranty period. There are zero exceptions in this regard. The Warranty begins the day the item(s) are delivered. Regardless of when the product is opened or used. Any defective product pulled from the box after the warranty period is not covered.
* If Warranty is accepted. We will facilitate shipping the replacement part/product and picking up the defective item.
*If the Warranty is not accepted. We can submit the claim for VWD review to see if further options are available.
Warranty Average Handling Time:

AMA: 1-5 Days
CRL: 1-4 Weeks
