Warranty Overview
At Van Windows Direct, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Some issues are easier to process under warranty than others. If your concern is not listed under warranty coverage, contact us so we can explore possible solutions.
To request warranty consideration:

Take clear photos and/or videos of the issue.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
CRL (CR Laurence) - 30-Day Warranty
Covered:

Defects in glass (haze, bubbles)

Broken knob/latch

Defective torsion bar assembly

Defective gearbox

Defective seal (where applicable)

Improper seal on vent glass

Excessive butyl/urethane (impeding installation)

Glass protruding outside of body stamping (CRL Certified Installer only)

VWD (Van Windows Direct) - 1-Year Warranty
Covered:

Important Warranty Information

Cosmetic issues, including scratches or chips, are void if the window has been installed.

We facilitate warranty claims for VWD products only. Warranty claims for AMA, CRL, or any third-party brands go through the respective manufacturer.

Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period. We do not make exceptions.

If a replacement part or product is sent under warranty, the original warranty period still applies (e.g., a replacement 10 months into a 12-month warranty will only have 2 months of coverage remaining).
