Sikaflex P2G Urethane Adhesive is a primer-less to glass, one-component, cold-applied, quick-curing, high-viscosity polyurethane adhesive designed to replace direct glazed automotive glass windows. Engineered to perform to the strength of OEM Specs. Sikaflex P2G exceeds all federal requirements for FMVSS 212 / 208.
This Urethane Adhesive can be used primer-less on Windshields. However, we recommend using a primer on side windows; unlike most windshields, side windows are vertical, and the primer will make for a quicker bond to the van wall for safer installation.
Sikaflex P2G Urethane Adhesive is designed to replace direct-glazed automotive glass windows.

Single Application Primer acts as the base layer on your van wall to ensure proper urethane adhesion.
Single Application Primer is a solvent-based black primer that reacts with moisture and forms a thin layer. This layer acts as a link between substrates and adhesives.
Primer is formulated to treat bond faces before the application of Automotive Polyurethanes. This primer might provide excellent adhesion without previous activation steps on many substrates. Primer fluoresces under long-wave UV light for a limited period of time. This feature is used for in-process control.

A standard Caulking Gun will not suffice for automotive urethane. If you need it, we carry a 26:1 Ratio Caulk Gun to ensure a more professional installation.
