Tools You Need
A standard caulking gun will not dispense automotive urethane correctly. Use a high-ratio gun for a smooth bead and proper control.
- 26:1 ratio caulk gun (recommended)

- Cut-off/decking tools as needed for cleanup
How to Use This Kit
- Dry-fit the bump out. Confirm alignment and contact areas.
- Prep bonding surfaces. Clean and fully dry.
- Apply primer to the bonding faces (van wall and bump-out) per your installation method. Let it flash off per instructions.
- Apply a consistent urethane bead.
- Set the bump out into place and apply even pressure.
- Tape the assembly in position. Keep taped for a minimum of 24 hours.
- Avoid driving until the safe drive-away time has passed (minimum 6 hours).
