How Shipping Rates Work
- Shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- To view your shipping cost, add items to your cart, enter your zip code, and select your state.
- Bulk savings! The more you buy, the better your shipping rate—even if items ship from multiple locations.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Maximum rate shipping applies to the Continental USA only.
International Shipping
- We only charge for shipping costs—any taxes or duties imposed by your country are your responsibility.
- Most shipping companies require duties and taxes to be paid before delivery.
Will Call Pick-Up
- Pick-up is available at Van Windows Direct.
- Upon special request, pick-up may be arranged at a 3rd-party manufacturer’s warehouse.
- Important: We are not responsible for issues with 3rd-party warehouse pick-ups, including:
- Incorrect items
- Unavailable stock
- Long wait times
- Unexpected closures
- Before leaving the warehouse, inspect your order.
- Orders left uncollected for over two weeks may be canceled and subject to a restocking fee.
Damages, Shortages & Incorrect Items
- Report any issues immediately!
- Damaged items: Email photos to vwd@vanwindowsdirect.com within 7 days of delivery.
- If valid, we’ll handle the damage claim and arrange a replacement at no cost.
- Shortages or incorrect items: Must be reported within 2 weeks of receipt.
- Claims made after these timeframes may not be honored due to shipping policies.
Order Cancellations
- Call 858-800-4795 with your order number to request a cancellation.
- Cancellations are not guaranteed—if the order has shipped or is packed, we may not be able to cancel.
- If shipped, redirection fees may apply.
- Email cancellation requests are not guaranteed, even if sent before shipment.
