Shipping Information
At Van Windows Direct, shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. To view your shipping cost, simply add your desired windows to the cart, enter your zip code, and select your state. Remember, the more you purchase, the better your shipping rate—even if your items ship from multiple locations. Please note, we are unable to ship Windows to PO Boxes. Maximum rate shipping applies to the Continental USA only.
International Shipping
For international orders, we only charge for shipping costs. However, any taxes or duties imposed by your country upon delivery are not included and are your responsibility. Most shipping companies require these fees to be paid before delivery can be completed.
Will Call Pick-Up
We offer pick-up options at our Van Windows Direct location. Upon special request, we can arrange a pick-up at a 3rd party manufacturer's warehouse. However, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with non-Van Windows Direct warehouse pick-ups, such as incorrect items, unavailable stock, extended wait times, or unexpected closures. While we make every effort to prevent these issues, please be mindful of these potential risks, especially if you're traveling long distances. We also recommend inspecting your windows before leaving the warehouse. Will calls left uncollected for over two weeks from the ready date may incur a restocking fee and be canceled.
Damages, Shortages, or Incorrect Items
Please report any damages, shortages, or incorrect items immediately. Claims for damages reported seven or more days after delivery may not be honored due to policies set by trucking companies and manufacturers, many of which allow only three days to file a claim. If a window arrives damaged, please email photos to vwd@vanwindowsdirect.com. We will initiate a damage claim, arrange for pickup of the damaged item (if necessary), and send you a replacement at no extra cost. For shortages or incorrect items, claims must be made within two weeks of receipt. Claims beyond that time may not be honored.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please call 858-800-4795 with your order number and request cancellation. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations are not guaranteed. If the item has already shipped or is packed for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, we can assist with re-directing the shipment, though fees will apply. Please note, cancellation requests made via email are not guaranteed, regardless of when the email was sent.
