We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Some windows may cost up to $200 each way to ship. We strongly recommend contacting us before ordering to confirm fitment and avoid unnecessary return costs.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all items must be:

Unused

In original packaging
-
In the same condition as received
This applies to standard returns, warranty claims, and defective products.
Returns for Pickup Orders
If you picked up your order and later need to return it for any reason, including ordering the wrong item or a warranty-related issue:

You are responsible for return shipping costs

Once the item is received, you may choose a refund, store credit, or exchange based on eligibility
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Clearance items

CRL replacement parts

Gift cards
Discounted, Bundled, and Promotional Items
Discounts provided as part of a promotion, bundle, or multi-item offer are conditional upon all qualifying items being kept.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Bundled discounts

“Buy one, get the second at a discount” promotions

Tiered or conditional pricing offers
If a bundled or promotional order is partially returned:

The remaining item(s) will be repriced at their standard, non-discounted price

The refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the removal of the promotional discount

Any discount originally applied to an item that no longer qualifies will be deducted from the refund
Promotional discounts do not apply to single items when qualifying items are returned.
Restocking Fees

Van Windows Direct (VWD):

No restocking fee if refunded as store credit

Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee applies

AM Auto:

25% restocking fee on all returns

CRL:
- 15% restocking fee on all returns
Return Process

Contact Van Windows Direct first to receive return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

Do not send returns without an RMA

Returns received without an RMA are subject to a 10% processing fee
Order Cancellations

Call 858-800-4795 with your order number to request a cancellation

Cancellations are not guaranteed, especially if the order has already shipped or been packed

If an order has shipped or is in packing, a redirection fee may apply

Email cancellation requests are not guaranteed, even if sent prior to shipment
