We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Returns beyond 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Some windows may cost up to $200 each way to ship, so please contact us before ordering to avoid unnecessary returns.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
✅ Unused
✅ In original packaging
✅ In the same condition as received
This applies to standard returns, warranty claims, and defective products.
Returns for Pickup Orders
If you picked up your order and need to return it for any reason, including ordering the wrong item or a warranty issue, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received, you can choose a refund, credit, or exchange.

Restocking Fees
- Van Windows Direct (VWD): No restocking fee if refunded as store credit. Otherwise, 15% restocking fee applies.
- AM Auto: 25% restocking fee on all returns.
- CRL: No restocking fee for store credit refunds. Otherwise, 15% restocking fee applies.
Return Process
- Contact us first for return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Do not send a return without an RMA—returns without an RMA are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Order Cancellations
- Call 858-800-4795 with your order number to request cancellation.
- Cancellations are not guaranteed, especially if the order has already shipped.
- If already packed or shipped, a redirection fee may apply.
- Email cancellation requests are not guaranteed, even if sent before shipment.
