Installation
This is a urethane-bonded window. Prep the cutout, dry-fit, clean, prime, and set with automotive glass urethane. Tape and support during cure. Do not drive until the urethane has cured per the urethane manufacturer's specs.

Installation of the SR104 passenger side rear quarter windows requires removal of a portion of the inner stamped sheet metal on compatible Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans.

- Identify and carefully cut the required inner sheet metal from inside the van when possible.
- File and deburr the cut edges so there are no sharp or raised areas.

- Install Trim-Lok edge molding over the finished sheet-metal edge.
- Clean all metal debris from the rear quarter cavity.
- Dry-fit the actual SR104 window and verify complete clearance before applying automotive urethane.
- Urethane-bond the window in place and allow the adhesive to fully cure.
