Promotions and sale events

We love helping you find a great deal for your build. Promotional pricing is available during the live event only; orders placed before or after the event are not eligible for that pricing. If you have a question about an offer, please ask before ordering.

20. Code of conduct and warranty voiding

We’re in this together, and respectful conversations help us work toward a solution. Please communicate respectfully and constructively with our staff, partners and support teams, even when something has gone wrong. Van Windows Direct maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive or inappropriate behavior.

Under this policy, profanity, direct or indirect threats, intimidation, or coercion through negative reviews, chargebacks or feedback blackmail results in immediate and permanent voiding of warranties or guarantees on current and past orders, refusal of future sales or service, and possible reporting to relevant platforms or authorities.
