The SL104-AW uses a top-hinged awning design that opens outward to create a large ventilation area. The approximately 949.3 mm x 422.3 mm (37-3/8" x 16-5/8") opening allows substantial airflow through the rear portion of the van, making it especially useful near sleeping areas, cabinetry, seating areas, and other rear Sprinter conversion layouts.
Installation
This is a urethane-bonded automotive window. Prepare the opening, dry-fit the window to verify positioning and alignment, clean and prime the bonding surfaces as required, and install using a quality automotive glass urethane. Properly support and secure the window during the urethane curing process. Do not drive the vehicle until the urethane has reached the manufacturer's specified safe-drive-away cure time.

- Clean all metal debris from the rear quarter cavity.
- Dry-fit the actual SL104 window and verify complete clearance before applying automotive urethane.
- Urethane-bond the window in place and allow the adhesive to fully cure.
Important: SL104 windows are for the 144" wheelbase driver side rear quarter position and will not work with a driver side sliding door. Always verify the actual van configuration and exact window before cutting.
