Round windows are sensitive to cutout accuracy. Cut slightly small and file to the final fit. Create a template using the interior of the clamp ring or the main frame to draw out the proper template.
Installation
Clamp-ring sealing: All clamp-ring installations use the foam seals supplied with the windows. If the seal is not pre-applied, fit the supplied foam seal to the exterior frame as directed for the model. Tighten the mounting screws evenly to compress the seal uniformly.
Clamp ring installation compresses the exterior seal against the van wall. Mark and cut your opening per the supplied template. Dry-fit first. Tighten clamp ring fasteners in a gradual, even pattern to keep seal compression consistent.
