This window features solar privacy glass with a 28% UV rating, providing both protection and a sleek, classic look.

The installation process is simplified with CRL's traditional Clamp Ring method, utilizing a factory urethane-bonded aluminum frame for a secure fit. The pre-applied EPDM rubber seal creates a weather-tight barrier, protecting your van from the elements. The T-Vent design offers optimal ventilation, with a front opening measuring 22 inches wide and 5-3/4 inches tall, allowing fresh air to circulate while minimizing water entry during washing or extreme weather.

The T-Vent glass is operated with a crank mechanism that opens the vent up to 45 degrees, providing excellent airflow while reducing noise. When closed, the vent compresses on a rubber seal to ensure a tight, secure closure. The fiberglass mesh screen, attached to a powder-coated aluminum frame, clips easily into place for simple removal and cleaning.

Smooth operation of the vent glass is achieved through a gearbox and torsion bar system. The gearbox is positioned between the two bottom vent glasses and is controlled by a T-Handle, allowing for effortless opening and closing. The torsion bar, connected to the gearbox, guides the vent glass along channel brackets with small wheels, ensuring precise control.

The installation is completed with a clamp ring or trim ring, which attaches to the interior side of the window frame, securing the window to your van’s sheet metal wall and providing a clean, finished look.
