Van Windows Direct 1 Year Warranty:
Van Windows Direct Products carry a 1 Year Warranty, this covers workmanship of the product. Warranty does not include wear and tear , missuse , or breakage.
Adding the Premium Insurace extends the standard 1 year warranty to 2 years of standard coverage. It also adds 1 year of accidental breakage coverage.
To qualify for breakage coverage photos of the Installed Window inside and out will be required, this is to be done within 30 Days of receiving windows.
Whats needed when submitting a Warranty:
Email Video / Photos of the product's suspected warranty issue. No product is guaranteed a warranty consideration. Along with photos provide a brief description of the problem you are exppereincing, your Order # and the Part # of the product.
If an product is warrantied it is up to the sole discretion of VWD if parts, materials or window will be provided.
Breakage Coverage if a window is broken within the first year of warranty coverage , you will receive a no charge window. Shipping Charges will apply. Only one broken window can be covered.
