This Putty Tape roll is a Heavy yet flexible non-hardening butyl material that remains pliable until it is settled after use. The putty tape will release easily from its silicone-treated backer. Best use to seal roof vents or to fill in roof ridges when installing sunroofs in vans. Simply lay down the strip and pile it up to fill in the area tighten down the sunroof/vent once the installation is complete use a plastic tool to remove the excess putty that expands out. Clean-up is easy.
