VWD Warranty


All Van Windows Direct (VWD) carry a 1yr limited Warranty. Warranty coverage is on the workmanship of the products and does not include breakage or damage caused by alternative sources. In the event of an issue please email photos of the expected issue with your order number and we will get this matter concluded as quickly as possible for you. 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. 

It shall be the sole responsibility of the user(buyer) to determine the suitability of the product or material for each intended use, and the user shall assume all risks and liability in connection with the use, or inability to use, the product or material.

To the exclusion of all other remedies, Manufacture warrants and agrees to supply materials for repair, replacement of a defective part, or window in its entirety, or at its sole option, to refund the purchase price product, which is proven upon inspection, to be defective in material or workmanship. No salesperson, agent, employee, or representative has any authority to enlarge or change the terms of the warranty. In no event shall VanWindowsDirect (Accessory Center Inc.) be responsible for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or loss, including, without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, labor or time expense, economical losses, and loss of use, whether statutory or based on theories of contract or tort. There are no other agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, express or implied (including any regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) not specified herein.

Warranty Requirements:

Email Video / Photos of the product suspected warranty issue. VWD Brand Product warranties will be handled in-house. No product is guaranteed a warranty consideration. Each warranty is at the sole discretion of the individual manufacture.   vwd@vanwindowsdirect.com

* If Warranty is accepted. We will facilitate the shipping of the replacement part/product and the pick up of the defective item.

*If the Warranty is not accepted. We can submit for VWD review with the possibility of the window/product/part being accepted as an exchange. Where VWD may offer the replacement item(Applicable Charges Apply) with a Free shipping compensation, while the item to be returned will be the responsibility of the buyer to have returned to our facility.
